Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using this website. Welcome to exactleedesdev.com (the “Site”), operated by Lee Wilkerson doing business as Exactlee Design & Development (“Exactlee,” “I,” or “we”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms.
This Site is a portfolio and informational resource describing Lee Wilkerson's background, past projects, and consulting services. Browsing this Site, or emailing an inquiry, does not by itself create a client relationship or a contract for services. Any actual engagement — scope, deliverables, fees, and timeline — is established separately, in writing, between the parties.
Lee Wilkerson is a degreed mechanical engineer (B.S. Mechanical Engineering) and is not a licensed Professional Engineer (PE). Nothing on this Site, and no consulting work described on it, constitutes a PE-stamped, certified, or code-official engineering analysis. Work that legally requires a PE stamp — such as permit-ready structural calculations or certified code sign-off — is outside the scope of services offered here, and any such need should be directed to a licensed PE.
Unless otherwise noted, the text, images, renders, logo, and design of this Site are owned by Lee Wilkerson / Exactlee Design & Development. You're welcome to view and share this Site for personal, non-commercial reference, but reproducing its content for commercial use requires permission.
This Site preserves archived replicas of two prior projects, Space Campers and Whalebird Kombucha, for portfolio purposes. Content, trademarks, and brand assets on those archived pages belong to their respective owners and are presented here as a historical record of work performed, not as active storefronts. No orders, payments, or transactions are processed through those archived pages.
This Site may link to outside resources, including social media and other organizations' websites. Exactlee is not responsible for the content or practices of any site it doesn't operate, and a link doesn't imply endorsement.
