This Privacy Policy describes how Lee Wilkerson, doing business as Exactlee Design & Development (“Exactlee,” “I,” or “we”), handles information in connection with this website, exactleedesdev.com (the “Site”). This is a portfolio and informational site, not a store or web application, so the amount of data involved is intentionally small.
Information you provide. If you email me directly, I receive whatever you choose to include, typically your name, email address, and the contents of your message. I use this only to respond to you.
Automatically collected information. Like most websites, standard web server and hosting logs may record basic technical details such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This Site does not use cookies, does not run analytics or advertising scripts, and does not have any forms that collect personal data.
Fonts. This Site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Loading a font from Google's servers may cause your browser to send Google your IP address as part of that request. No other third-party scripts or trackers run on this Site.
Any information sent to me by email is used solely to respond to your inquiry and, if relevant, to discuss a potential project. I don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes, and I don't maintain a mailing list from this Site.
This Site includes archived replicas of two prior projects — Space Campers and Whalebird Kombucha — preserved here for portfolio purposes. Those pages reflect the content and, in places, the described data practices (such as cookies or analytics) of those businesses as they existed when live and commercially operating. Those practices do not apply to the Exactlee portfolio pages themselves, and the archived pages are not actively collecting orders or payments through this Site.
This Site links to outside resources, including social media and prior employers' or partners' websites. I'm not responsible for the privacy practices or content of any site I don't operate, and I'd encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit from a link here.
Email correspondence is kept for as long as reasonably needed for ordinary business and project records, or until you ask me to delete it.
This Site is not directed at, and is not knowingly used to collect information from, children under 13.
You can ask me at any time to access, correct, or delete information you've sent me by email — just reach out using the contact details below.
I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the Site or for other operational or legal reasons. The effective date above will be updated when that happens.
